GRAVITY: Motul on Show.
One of the UK’s biggest indoor car events, GRAVITY brings together thousands of builds, brands, and enthusiasts for a high-energy weekend that celebrates every corner of car culture.
August 2025

Last year saw us head to the NEC Birmingham to support Motul at GRAVITY, a two-day show that draws in over 35,000 enthusiasts. It’s the kind of event where everything sits side by side; hypercars, heavily modified builds, classics, race cars, along with live drifting, stunts, and a strong presence from well-known automotive creators.
For Motul’s first time at the show, the brief was simple on paper but broad in scope. We were tasked with delivering the full experience, from initial stand design through to build and running it across the weekend. It meant creating something that could hold its own in a busy, high-impact environment.
The stand itself was built around variety. Five cars were selected to reflect the range of the brand, from a Renault 5 through to an Audi R8, giving a clear sense of how wide Motul’s reach is across different parts of the market. It wasn’t about focusing on one type of build but showing how the product fits across all of them.
With a four-week turnaround, everything had to come together quickly. Bespoke plinths were designed to elevate the display, alongside product boards that featured NFC tags, making it easy for people to explore and shop directly from the stand. Running through the middle, a near 20-metre ‘racetrack’ graphic tied everything together visually and gave the space a strong focal point.
There were smaller details that added to the overall experience as well. Postcard-style prints of each car were created, highlighting the products used and giving visitors something to take away with them. The team wore branded merch across the weekend, which ended up having a longer life beyond the show after being shared with content partners.
Looking ahead, plans are already in motion for the next GRAVITY show, building on what worked and pushing it further for the year ahead.
