The New Motul Trade Platform.

Designed with efficiency and usability at its core, the new B2B platform for UK distributor Nemesis delivers a streamlined ordering experience, combining modern design with powerful backend functionality.

When tasked with creating a trade website for Nemesis to distribute Motul products across the UK, the brief was clear from the outset; build something that is simple to use, efficient in day-to-day operation, and capable of scaling as the business grows. The result is a fully operational B2B platform that balances functionality with a clean, modern user experience.

Working alongside a dedicated development team, the platform was built to support both the needs of the business internally and the expectations of its trade customers. From the beginning, there was a strong focus on making the system intuitive. On the front end, customers are met with a straightforward interface that makes browsing products and placing orders quick and hassle-free. Trade pricing is seamlessly integrated, allowing users to access everything they need in one place without unnecessary friction.

Behind the scenes, the system has been designed to simplify management. A centralised dashboard gives the Nemesis team clear visibility over sales activity, while also allowing them to approve credit requests and manage customers, products, and reward points efficiently. Everything sits within a single system, reducing complexity and saving time across daily operations.

An additional feature of the platform is the built-in rewards scheme, designed to encourage repeat purchasing and strengthen relationships with trade customers. It adds an extra layer of value without complicating the user journey, fitting naturally into the wider experience of the site.

Since launch, the response has been positive. One of the most noticeable shifts has been in ordering behaviour, with customers now able to place orders outside of standard working hours. For many garages, this means ordering at a time that suits them; often when the working day has finished; rather than trying to fit it in during already busy periods.
